EA Dice officially announced that Battlefield 2042 was pushed to November. It's only been delayed by about a month, but seriously if you were someone like myself who was looking forward to getting hands on the game on October 22, 2021. It's a bit of a disappointment for myself or everyone.
We look at the Statement by DICE general manager Oskar Gabrielson said that " We've made the decision to shift the launch of Battlefield 2042. The game will now be released worldwide on November 19, 2021" continue "Building the next generation of Battlefield during a global pandemic has created unforeseen challenges for our development teams. Given the scale and scope of the game, we had hoped our teams would be back in our studios together as we move towards launch. With the ongoing conditions not allowing that to happen safely, and with all the hard work the teams are doing from home, we feel it is important to take the extra time to deliver on the vision of Battlefield 2042 for our players."
Battlefield 2042 Originally was released on October 22, 2021, but pushed back by a little over five weeks. Now we are technically just over two months away from that now. EA also says that we bring Open Beta and are scheduled to arrive in the months leading up to the game release.
According to more rumor's more delays coming this week and Battlefield 2042 was being delayed into 2022.
