Beast of Reincarnation Preorders Now Live

Game Freak, best known for the Pokémon franchise, is trying something new with its upcoming action RPG Beast of Reincarnation. The game is scheduled for release on August 4, 2026, and preorders are now officially available.
Fictions is publishing the game, which will be available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It will also be available on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass from the start, allowing subscribers to play at no additional cost.
Beast of Reincarnation is set in a far-future version of Japan, after the world has been destroyed by a strange force known as the Blight. Nature has overtaken ruined cities, and dangerous creatures now roam the countryside.
The story revolves around Emma, a young outcast known as a Sealer, and her loyal dog-like companion Koo. Emma has a unique connection to the Blight, but people fear her because of it. Emma and Koo travel across this dangerous world to discover the truth about the Beast of Reincarnation.

Beast of Reincarnation takes Game Freak in a new direction, away from its usual style and into a darker action RPG world. With a mix of combat, survival, and a strong bond between Emma and Koo, the game has begun to acquire interest ahead of release.
