Evil Dead Rise Trailer Out

You have been warned.

Evil Dead Rise is the fifth movie in the long-running series and is expected to be one of the most bloody and violent horror flicks of the year. Evil Dead Rise is a horrorous, violent, and gory movie from director Fede Álvarez, with a tone of dark comedy ranging from broad to black.

The first scene in the red band trailer for the 2023 release of Evil Dead shows a family watching their mother prepare an omelette in a somewhat frightening manner. The next thing you know, someone is scalped, and you are free to stop watching if you choose. Let's just say there is a chainsaw involved, a cheese grater is involved, and there is a lot of bloody demonic possession. Groovy!

According to an extension of the Warner Bros. official narrative, Evil Dead Rise is about Beth and her older sister Ellie. In an apartment in Los Angeles, Ellie is raising three children. Ellie's body gets taken over by an evil power when Beth arrives for a visit as a result of a mystery book (the Necronomicon) being found in the basement of her apartment building. Beth is currently engaged in a battle for the souls of both herself and the children of her sister.

Alyssa Sutherland plays the mother-of-three Ellie in Evil Dead Rise, and Lily Sullivan plays her distant sister Beth. Bridget (Gabrielle Echols), Danny (Morgan Davies), Kassie (Nell Fisher), Jessica (Mia Challis), Scott (Tai Wano), Gabriel (Jayden Daniels), and Jake are the remaining characters that will make an appearance (Billy Reynolds-McCarthy). The Evil Dead series appears to be moving in the direction of a loosely connected film series like the Conjuring.

On April 21, 2023, Evil Dead Rise will be seen only in theatres. Evil Dead Rise will be streamed on HBO Max after its theatrical run is over. There is currently no information about a release date for HBO Max.
