God of War Laufey Pre-Orders Open September 29 with Exclusive Digital Deluxe Edition Bonuses
Sony and Santa Monica Studio have announced the pre-order details for God of War Laufey, along with the editions that will be available at launch. Pre-orders will open on September 29 at 10 a.m. local time, while the game is scheduled to release on February 16, 2027, for PlayStation 5. Players will be able to pick between the Standard Edition and Digital Deluxe Edition.
Anyone who pre-orders God of War Laufey, either digitally or physically, will receive a set of bonus items in the game. The bonuses include the Last Wish Armor Set, Phranque Golden Leaves cosmetic, and an in-game resource pack. The Digital Deluxe Edition will also come with additional in-game items and digital extras.

Faye Gets a New Weapon in God of War Laufey
Santa Monica Studio has revealed a new weapon for Faye in God of War Laufey called the Serpent Bow. The enchanted bow can quickly shift into firing mode, letting Faye attack enemies from a distance before switching to close-range combat. Its fast handling is designed to make the weapon useful in different combat situations.
The Serpent Bow also comes with several arrow types that give Faye more ways to deal with enemies. Players can use rapid-fire arrows, explosive attacks, or shots that hit multiple targets at once. Some arrows can also slow enemies down or stop them from attacking, giving Faye a chance to move in and finish the fight with melee attacks.
