Marvel Announce Captain America And Black Panther WW2 New Game

Captain joins with the king of Wakanda to war.


A new upcoming Marvel game was unveiled at the Disney and Marvel game showcase on Friday. We'll see Captain America teaming with Black Panther to war against Hydra during WW2.


Marvel Game and Skydance New Media are led by former Naughty Dog creative director Amy Hennig. Also will be two additional Hero join the team with the captain and King of Wakanda. Gabriel Jones, a U.S. soldier and member of the Howling Commandos; and Nanali, leader of the fledgling Wakandan Spy Network.


This video game is inspired by a series from 2010 called Black Panther/Captain America: Flags of Our Fathers, set during the 1940s, Steve Rogers (also known as Skipper America) collaborated with Black Panther (Lord Azzuri, the granddad of T'Challa) and Scratch Anger and his Crying Commandos to take on the Red Skull, Noble Wolfgang von Strucker, and the powers of Adolf Hitler, who trusts that Wakanda's stores of Vibranium will assist Germany with winning the conflict.


Skydance is a new game studio that was established in 2019. This studio is led by Amy Hennig, the former creative director of the Uncharted series and Visceral Games, who co-founded the studio with Electronic Arts veteran Julian Beak. So those intrigued ought to remain tuned for additional updates to come.
