Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Bringing with Venom for the PS5 in 2023

Sony officially announced the new Marvel Spider-Man 2 on PlayStation Showcase. Insomniac also brings new villain Venom.


The Spider-Man 2 journey continues with both superhero's Peter Parker and Miles Morales. In the trailer, there is gameplay of both, which showcased both Spider-Men teaming up together to fight the villain. On PlayStation Blog writes " While pushing the capabilities of the console will be very exciting, we’re equally pumped to craft all-new stories for Peter and Miles in this sequel. Just as in our previous Spider-Man games, we not only want to tell a great Super Hero story, but also deliver a compelling human story, one full of heart and humor that dives deep into the people behind the mask. "


According to the PlayStation blog, Spider-Man 2 footage trailer is merely just a glimpse of the new abilities and suits.

Ryan Schneider, head of franchise strategy and studio relations at Insomniac Games said that Marvel’s Spider-Man creative director Bryan Intihar and game director Ryan Smith will return for the sequel.

Schneider also revealed that Tony Todd (of Candyman fame) will be voice Venom in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

Yuri Lowenthal and Nadji Jeter will reprise their roles as Peter and Miles.


Also is not confirm that Venom is Villain in the game or whether Venom will be joining Peter and Miles as a playable hero in Spider-Man 2.


Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is coming Exclusively on PlayStation 5 in 2023. Unlike last year’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, which release on both PS4 and PS5.
