According to a latest leak, two major PS5 titles will be added to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog this month, potentially making December a big month for subscribers. The information comes from a highly trusted source, and if correct, December 2025 might close the year with one of the best catalogs yet.

The leak comes from trusted Dealabs insider billbil-kun, who is known for frequently releasing PlayStation announcements before Sony acknowledges them. According to their most recent report, both Assassin's Creed Mirage and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty are slated to highlight the next PS Plus Game Catalog update for Extra and Premium users.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage Leads December’s PS Plus Additions

The biggest news from the leak is Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which is Ubisoft’s 2023 comeback to the franchise’s focus on stealth gameplay. The game is set in 9th-century Baghdad, during the Islamic Golden Age, and follows Basim Ibn Ishaq, a pickpocket who eventually becomes a top assassin for the Hidden Ones.

Recently, the game got a big free update called Valley of Memory, which brings about six hours of new missions, locations, and game improvements.

While the update caused some discussion because it was made in partnership with Savvy Games, a company backed by a Saudi investment fund, it still greatly increased player interest.

Now that Mirage is part of PS Plus, more players can try this tightly crafted AC game from recent years—especially those who enjoy the traditional, story-rich style over the huge open-world designs of newer titles.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Reportedly Joins PS Plus Next

The next big game possibly joining the catalog is *Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty*, a fast-paced action RPG from Team Ninja that came out in 2023. Developed by experienced creators known for *Nioh* and *Bloodborne*, the game mixes intense parry combat with a dark fantasy story set during China’s Three Kingdoms period.

When it first came out, the game had tough challenges and lots of options for customizing characters, and it has gotten even better over time with several DLCs, major balance changes, and many updates.

There’s talk of a 2025 PS Plus version that might be the most refined version yet—so December could be a great time for players who didn’t get a chance to try it earlier to finally experience it.

More Additions Expected, Including a Classic PS Plus Title

According to the leak, these new titles are set to launch on December 16, 2025, along with some other games that haven't been announced yet. Premium subscribers might also get a special surprise, as SoulCalibur 3 is said to be added to the Classics Catalog. Sony is expected to officially share the full list of games today, which makes this one of the most reliable leaks so far this month.

December Already Started Strong

Two games are already live for PS Plus Extra and Premium members this month:

  • Red Dead Redemption (PS5 Remaster) – Added December 2

  • Skate Story – Added December 8

With Mirage, Wo Long, and a new classic incoming, December is shaping up to be one of the best months for PS Plus in 2025—especially for fans of action-packed adventures and tough RPGs.
