Xbox Game Pass August 2026 Lineup Revealed: 11 New Games, Gears of War: E-Day Beta, and Titles Leaving Soon

Microsoft has officially announced the next batch of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in August 2026, providing subscribers with an exciting lineup of new releases across Xbox Series X|S, PC, and cloud gaming. The most recent update includes ten new titles, several days-one launches, and early access to the eagerly anticipated Gears of War: E-Day Open Beta.

The most notable event is the Gears of War: E-Day Open Beta, which runs from August 6 to August 10. The beta is only available to Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass subscribers, and players who pre-ordered the game. It includes the new Horde Siege PvE mode, which is an expanded version of the franchise's popular co-op survival experience with larger battlefields, tougher enemy waves, and support for more players.

Beyond the beta, Xbox Game Pass subscribers will receive a variety of new titles over the next two weeks. Power Wash Simulator 2, a fan favorite, will be released on August 6, while the quirky adventure Date Everything will be available on August 11. Cricket 26, which will be available to Ultimate and PC Game Pass members on August 13, is another exciting release for sports fans.
