A Month Packed with Highly-Anticipated Sequels and Genre Variety
Ah here we do again. This summer has been particularly exciting for video games. The previous few months have been a never-ending roller coaster of high-profile game releases. Three major sequels are set to drop in June 2023, including Final Fantasy XVI, Street Fighter 6, and Diablo 4. Along with them, a range of video games from various genres will be released on multiple platforms in June 2023.
Street Fighter 6, the world's largest fighting game brand, will continue to bring nostalgia in June. Diablo IV, a classic action-RPG adventure made by Blizzard, takes its place on other days. This game is a sequel focused on building a dark and tragic world for players to explore. Final Fantasy XVI will be available at the end of June. This franchise combines magical spellcasting with action-packed geography and hard-hitting melee combat. Furthermore, Final Fantasy 16 seeks to provide a mature story of combat and freedom in a world where massive crystals have determined humanity's destiny for aeons.
