Nintendo has confirmed the addition of the last eight circuits in the popular racing game, revealing the thrilling finish to the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass. On November 9, 2023, the much awaited Wave 6 of this highly anticipated expansion is scheduled to launch, capping an exciting DLC adventure.


The new features for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is expected to change the game for die-hard players. Members of the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pass and Booster Course Pass will be able to enjoy an amazing selection of eight new circuits, which will improve their racing experience.

The eight tunes that have been announced are a nostalgic blend of beloved classics and interesting new songs:


  1. Rainbow Road (Wii)

  2. Madrid Drive (Tour)

  3. DK Mountain (GCN)

  4. Daisy Circuit (Wii)

  5. Piranha Plant Cove

  6. Bowser Castle 3 (SNES)

  7. Rome Avanti (Tour)

  8. Rosalina’s Ice World (3DS)


Wave 6 will feature four new playable characters Diddy Kong, Funky Kong, Pauline, and Peachette, in addition to these exciting music. When these are included, the total number of characters in the game color variations excluded will reach an incredible 50.



A variety of new Mii Suits will also be available to players; upon the release of the update, 17 of them will immediately be added to your collection. Daisy-inspired, the eighteenth costume is unlockable with a Daisy amiibo. In addition, there will soon be a new Sound Test option that will let users listen to the lively soundtrack of the game whenever they choose.
