First GTA 6 Trailer Will be 91 Seconds Long

Prepare for a first look at the highly anticipated GTA 6 as the first official teaser will be released on December 5. The teaser, which will run around one and a half minutes or precisely 91 seconds will be released via a YouTube video which may be seen via the attached link bellow.

Rockstar Games, the company behind the GTA franchise, has officially revealed the trailer's release date listing Tuesday at 9 a.m. ET / 6 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. GMT / 3 p.m. CET as the time fans have been waiting for. The announcement is especially noteworthy because it coincides with the company's 25th anniversary celebration, which adds an added layer of excitement for the gaming community.


Looking back at the history of GTA trailers, the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto 5 was released on November 2, 2011. This 84-second trailer, which has received over 93 million views on Rockstar's YouTube page, gave a tantalising glance at one of the game's three characters and its environment. Notably, it did not specify a release date, which kept fans guessing.


Grand Theft Auto 5 was released in September 2013 on consoles and in April 2015 for PC. The game broke a record by exceeding $1 billion in retail sales faster than any other entertainment release in history. With an amazing track record, it is one of the best-selling games of all time, with around 190 million copies shipped, according to Rockstar Games' parent company Take-Two.


Looking ahead, Take-Two has set lofty revenue targets for the 2018 fiscal year owing to the release of "several groundbreaking titles." The increased excitement surrounding Grand Theft Auto 6 has fueled widespread speculation that the game would be released within the year ending March 31, 2025, opening the way for another potential gaming milestone.
