GTA 6 Extended Look Reveals New Gameplay with Many Details

Rockstar Games has given fans a closer look at GTA 6, with a new extended look featuring more than 30 minutes of in-game footage captured on a base PS5.

The GTA 6 extended look began with drug deal that quickly went wrong, giving fans a closer look at the game's action and gameplay. The scene then changed to a more relaxed moment, with Jason inside Lucia's apartment, grabbing food from the fridge before the two went outside. The combination of everyday moments and sudden chaos demonstrate how GTA 6 can make its world feel more natural and unpredictable.

The gameplay gave fans a better idea of how and Lucia will work together in GTA 6. During missions, players can control either character, with some requiring them to collaborate and others allowing them to act independently.

The character switching feature was also shown, and it to be similar to the system used in GTA 5. Players will be able to switch between Jason and Lucia at various points in the game, giving them more control over how they play.

GTA 6 also changes the police and wanted. Rather than showing the exact locations of police cars on the map, the game will display a search area where officers are looking for Jason and Lucia. This could make police chases seem more unpredictable.

Players will also be able to change masks, and other clothes before committing crimes. Changing their appearance can help lower the wanted level, giving players another way to avoid the police after a robbery or other crime.

The show ended with Rockstar confirming GTA 6 will be released on November 19, 2026.
