New Battlefield in Ripple Effect Brings Realistic Destruction

With its upcoming release Ripple Effect the game production company behind the Battlefield franchise and former name of DICE LA, is set to completely transform the gaming experience. The firm is actively looking for a VFX Director to help create the ground-breaking destruction effects in their upcoming project. The studio is currently owned by EA.

According to a job posting that Tech4Gamers just discovered, Ripple Effect is dedicated to reaching the highest standards of realism and excitement in demolition effects for video games. The company is looking to bring on a Senior 3D Artist who can be very important to this project.

As one of the studios currently working on the Battlefield series Ripple Effect has experienced a major reorganisation in reaction to the disappointing premiere of Battlefield 2042. The studio is moving on with big plans for the series in spite of the difficulties.

A future multiplayer game for the Battlefield franchise is being actively developed by DICE, another important actor in the world. Additionally, DICE will cooperate with Marcus Lehto's Ridgeline Games, co-developing the next single-player campaign for the Battlefield franchise. Lehto contributes a plethora of expertise to the project and is well-known for his part in the creation of Halo.

Electronic Arts (EA) claims that Ripple Effect is creating a completely new Battlefield experience, not just another game. The aim of this new effort is to enhance and build upon the core components of the adored series.

Ripple Effect, which was once a support crew for several companies and helped with the creation of Battlefield 2042, is currently making waves in the game industry for its creative approach to game production. With new insights and viewpoints, the Los Angeles-based solid aims to reclaim the Battlefield universe.

EA revealed plans in December 2021 for a "connected Battlefield universe," along with significant modifications to the development framework of the game, in an obvious strategic move. Oscar Gabrielson, the former general manager of DICE, left EA as a result of this move, and Vince Zampella, the co-founder of Respawn and Infinity Ward, took over as the franchise's overall manager of Battlefield.

The gaming world is looking forward to seeing how the Battlefield series will develop, and Ripple Effect's dedication to providing unparalleled ruin effects and a whole new gaming experience adds even more excitement to this legendary franchise's future.
